27 Lafayette Road, TransAction Associates, Inc., - Site Plan review for construction of a new facility with automatic car wash bays, automobile detailing bays and automotive lube bays with reconfigured pavement, drainage, utilities and septic disposal.
22 North Road, Richard Luff – Site Plan Review for expansion of limited practice facility to include year round driving range, expanded grass tee practice area, a teaching tee, 3 holes of short game conditions, new clubhouse and storage structures and a new miniature golf complex and 113 parking spaces.
15 Mill Road, Mist Development – Subdivision to create a backlot for a single family home.
